GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO LABORAL
En la Universidad Santo Tomás entendemos que la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo son pilares fundamentales para el desarrollo de todas nuestras actividades. Por ello, contamos con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, diseñado en cumplimiento de la normativa colombiana y orientado a proteger a toda la comunidad académica.
La gestión del riesgo busca:
Identificar y evaluar los riesgos presentes en las actividades académicas y administrativas operativas
Implementar medidas de prevención y control que garanticen ambientes seguros.
Promover la cultura del autocuidado y la responsabilidad compartida en la comunidad universitaria
Capacitar y sensibilizar a nuestras equipos sobre practicas seguras y saludables
Atender y dar seguimiento a incidentes y situaciones que puedan afectar la integridad física o emocional de las personas
Mas allá de cumplir con la normativa, nuestra universidad asume la gestión del riesgo laboral como un compromiso ético y humano creando entornos seguros y saludables
